Cost: Cosmetic dentistry can be expensive. Applying porcelain veneers to your teeth, for example, can cost between $500 to $1500 per tooth.
Wear: The materials used in some procedures, such as veneers and cements will probably wear out over time. You may have to have some procedures repeated in ten or fifteen years.
Insurance: Most cosmetic dentistry is not covered by dental insurance.
